You've inspired me to host a Michigan Apostofest for the summer. We could have a campfire, roast marshmallows, tell governing body stories, I mean, ghost stories.
Maybe a group of you could come here for it. We'd take you fishing, but just watch out for the fish with 3 eyes. We don't have a coffee shop on every corner though. You city slickers might not be able to handle it.

My daughter gets to be a girl scout, yeah! She broke it to my mother (JW) by asking her if she wanted to buy some girl scout cookies. My mother said "who's selling them?" After she sputtered and acted surprised she said "I'll get 6 boxes of thin mints" LOL!

Have you tried freezing grapes? Delish in summer, like sherbet.

It was sort of a spur of the moment sort of thing. I have missed at least 3 apostofests and when I had a chance this weekend to come to Toronto I asked Peter ( [email protected]) to send out an invite to see if we could get a few to show up. Make sure he has your email address so you can make it to the next one. I hope to attend it too.

It was so nice meeting everyone and being able to find out just how lively, intelligent, friendly and good looking everyone of you is in "the real world". To put a face with a name makes me less alone. And the sense of humor and lack of whining or bitterness about your experiences impressed me.
I was especially happy that I brought my friend Sonya with me. She wasn't quite sure if she should go when I first mentioned it. The superstitious type "fear" of apostates was totally dissolved after talking to all of you. It's one more step in helping her break free from the cult's indoctrination.
I have some pictures being developed that I want to post. If anyone is worried about their picture being on the internet, don't worry, I'll get your permission first through email.

Expat-Send me a souvenier from your next vacation and I'll send gourmet treats!

Grace-Sonya and her daughter want to adopt you. You really made her think about things, thank you.

Commie Chris-your children are extremely adorable. They'll grow up very fast and you will barely remember the times when you had to chase them down through a restaurant. ;-)
enjoy every moment.
